Cancellation
We request all cancellations be done at least 24 hours in advance. If you can not make your appointment please call us as soon as possible. We appreciate advance notice for any changes so your stylist may accommodate another guest.

Missed Appointments
Life happens! We understand sometimes you may be unable to make your scheduled appointment. We have no cancellation fees and often have a wait list so if you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment just give us a call and let us know! We appreciate it and the person who may be waiting for a space to become available appreciates it as well! Missing multiple appointments or repeated late arrivals may require in person non refundable prepayment to schedule future appointments.

Late Arrivals
We schedule a specific amount of time to complete the service you are requesting. We work hard to stay on time so we are ready when you arrive. If you feel you may arrive past your appointment time, please call us in advance with your estimated arrival time and we will do the best we can to accommodate you. Please be aware, on some occasions we may not have the time we need to complete the full service you are requesting. If this is the case we will let you know what we do have time for one you arrive.

Prepaid Vouchers
A prepaid voucher is a voucher for a specific service(s) paid for in advance. We have reserved a specific amount of time to complete your service and we request you to arrive on time so we are able to provide you with the service you are expecting. Arriving late will limit time available for your requested service, will void use of voucher on a future visit, and may require prepayment to schedule future services. Missed appointments with less than 3 hours notice or arriving later than 15 minutes past your appointment time will void any prepaid vouchers and may require prepayment to schedule any future services. We appreciate your on time arrival so we are able to provide the full service you are expecting.

Children
Because we use sharp objects, hot tools and chemicals, children not receiving a service are asked to be cared for outside of the salon. Children are welcome in the salon while receiving a service if supervised buy their accompanying adult not receiving service. Guest arriving with children may be asked to reschedule their appointment for the safety and comfort of all our guest.

Product Returns
All sales are final and you may exchange your gently used product within 14 days from the original purchase date.

Services
Your stylist will review options and prices with you prior to beginning your service. Payment is due for the services performed after you have received the requested service. All sales are final and refunds will not be issued after a service has been completed and paid for. If you are unhappy with the results of your service additional work may be completed with no additional charges on a case by case basis. Please contact us within 3 days of your service to request any adjustments. All adjustments to your original service must be completed by your original stylist and within 7 days of your original service date.

Gratuity
Gratuity is always appreciated. For your convenience you may add gratuity to your credit card or give cash directly to your stylist
